This site should work for everyone who needs it.
People come to this site on a bad night, sometimes from a hospital bed, a phone with a cracked screen, or a screen reader, and the information here is no use to them if they cannot reach it. Puzzle Group, LLC aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA across puzzlegroup.com. This statement describes what has been done toward that, where the site still falls short, and how to tell me when something does not work for you.
What the site is built to do
The site is a set of ordinary web pages rather than an application, which is itself the most useful accessibility decision. Every page is written with a single heading structure that a screen reader can walk, from the page title down through its sections, and every photograph carries a text description of what is in it. The whole site can be used from a keyboard alone: the menu, the expandable questions, the contact form, and the chat button all take focus in a sensible order and show a visible focus outline when they have it. Text is real text, set in scalable units, so it enlarges cleanly with the browser's zoom or text-size setting up to and beyond two hundred percent, and the layout reflows to a single column on narrow screens rather than requiring sideways scrolling. Body text is set in dark ink on a light ground at a contrast ratio several times the guideline's minimum, the site follows your device's preference for a light or a dark color scheme, and animation is limited to a gentle fade as sections come into view that is switched off entirely when your device asks for reduced motion.
Where it may fall short
The site is set in black on white with a single dark red used for links, labels, and buttons. That red measures better than nine to one against white and better than eight to one against the warm panel tint, so it clears the guideline's stricter ratio for small text with room to spare; the white lettering on the red buttons has the same margin. Every button is also identifiable by its shape, its position and its wording, and it turns black on focus and hover. If your device is set to dark mode, the site inverts to white on black with a lighter red that measures better than ten to one. Parts of the site come from other companies, and I cannot fully control how they behave. The map on the contact page is an embedded Google Map; the chat assistant that books the thirty-minute call is provided by Clio Grow and opens in its own window; and the contact form is delivered by Formspree. Each of those providers publishes its own accessibility information, and if any of them is a barrier for you, every function they perform can be done another way: by telephone at (307) 300-2496, by email at info@puzzlegroup.com, or by letter to 40 E Simpson Ave, Jackson, WY 83001. The site also links to court, statute, and regulation pages published by governments, whose accessibility is theirs to maintain.
Telling me about a problem
If you find a page, an image, a form, or a control on this site that does not work with your assistive technology or is otherwise difficult to use, I want to know which page it was, what you were trying to do, and what browser or software you were using. Write to info@puzzlegroup.com with "Accessibility" in the subject line, or call (307) 300-2496. My office will acknowledge the report promptly, and I will make reasonable efforts to fix the problem or to provide the same information in a format that works for you, such as a plain-text or large-print copy of a page. No one is turned away from a consultation because the website did not suit them.
How this is kept up
Accessibility is checked when pages are written and again when the site changes. This site was rebuilt in September 2026, and this statement was written then; it will be updated as the site changes, as problems are reported, and as the guidelines themselves are revised.
