Terms of Service · Effective September 1, 2026

The terms on which this site is offered.

These terms govern your use of puzzlegroup.com, published by Puzzle Group, LLC, doing business as Puzzle Group Law Firm, at 40 E Simpson Ave, Jackson, WY 83001. By using the site you accept them. The important points are few: this site is advertising, reading it does not make me your lawyer, nothing on it is advice about your situation, and the text-messaging program has its own rules.

Attorney advertising

This website is attorney advertising within the meaning of the rules of professional conduct. Attorney Aaron Herzberg, admitted in Wyoming (Bar No. 8-7503), Colorado (Bar No. 63178), California, the District of Columbia and Texas, is responsible for its content. The site describes Wyoming law and the federal regulations that govern Yellowstone National Park and Grand Teton National Park. Nothing on it is an offer to represent anyone in a jurisdiction where I am not admitted, and no description of prior work is a promise about the outcome of yours; every matter turns on its own facts.

No attorney-client relationship

Reading this site, sending a message through its contact form, using the chat assistant, calling the office, or emailing me does not create an attorney-client relationship. That relationship exists only when a conflicts check has been completed and you and I have signed a written engagement agreement. Until then I have no duty to act for you, to preserve a deadline for you, or to keep what you send confidential, although my office treats inquiries with discretion as a matter of course. Do not send confidential or time-sensitive information through the site.

Not legal advice

The pages on this site describe the law in general terms as I understood it on the date each was written. Statutes are amended, regulations are rewritten, fine schedules change, and courts decide cases, so a page that was accurate when written may not be when you read it. Nothing here is advice about your circumstances, and you should not act on it without advice from a lawyer who knows your facts. Nothing on the site is intended to be used, or may be used, to avoid penalties under federal or state tax law.

Text messages

Clients and prospective clients who provide a mobile number and opt in may receive text messages from my office about the status of a matter, responses to an inquiry, and appointment reminders, and by opting in you consent to receive those recurring messages at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of receiving legal services. You may withdraw it at any time by replying STOP to any message, after which you will receive one confirming message and nothing further unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact the office at (307) 300-2496 or info@puzzlegroup.com. Message frequency varies with the activity in your matter, and your carrier's message and data rates may apply. Neither Puzzle Group, LLC nor any wireless carrier is liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Mobile numbers and opt-in information are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes; see the Privacy Policy.

Content, links, and use of the site

The text, photographs, graphics, and design of this site belong to Puzzle Group, LLC or are used with permission and may not be copied, republished, or used commercially without written consent. Links to other websites, including government sources for statutes and regulations, are provided for convenience, and I am not responsible for their content. You agree not to use the site in any way that interferes with its operation or is unlawful.

Disclaimer, governing law, and changes

The site is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind, and to the fullest extent the law allows Puzzle Group, LLC and Aaron Herzberg are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or your reliance on it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, and any dispute about them or the site is to be brought in the state or federal courts sitting in Teton County, Wyoming. I may revise these terms by posting a new version here with a new effective date; continued use after that date is acceptance. This version is effective September 1, 2026. Questions may be sent to info@puzzlegroup.com.
